Life Enhancing Neurocognitive School

For those diagnosed with a cognitive decline disorder like Alzheimer’s or MCI, LENS is a lifestyle intervention with science-backed curriculum designed for cognition, health, and nutrition.  The focus is on the individual’s journey, abilities, and personality, with the goal of maintaining the highest level of cognitive health for the longest time possible.

Cognitive Empowerment Session

CEP classes are offered as an Emory pilot program designed for individuals with mild cognitive issues or mild cognitive impairment (MCI).  Please contact us to be placed on the waiting list at info@viacogntivehealth.org.

MCI diagnosis or cognitive decline concerns (not for those diagnosed with dementia or Alzheimer's)

Impact Goals

Hear from the experts with information on what mild cognitive impairment is and actions that you can take now to impact cognition and health.

Early-Middle Stage School

Our curriculum runs Monday – Friday from 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Enrollment is open for individuals living with Mild Cognitive Impairment and early stage dementia. Two to five day a week plans are offered.

Impact Goals

A full day of diverse high level programming designed to intentionally stimulate the brain and body through classes and projects that are challenging, fun, and rewarding.

Late Stage Classes

Late stage classes are offered to give individuals a creative and social outlet.  A care partner is required to attend with the individual living with dementia.

Care Education and Support

Fueling the Caregiver’s Inner Light – Navigating cognitive decline such as an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis can be overwhelming, but Via is here to help. Classes are offered to help better understand the journey, develop new skills, and create a system of support.

Keeping Minds Sharp as We Age – Learn how put your brain health first.  We offer individuals interested in brain health and the aging journey informative sessions and presentations.

Continuing Education

Keeping Minds Sharp as We Age – Lifelong learning as we age is crucial for cognitive enhancement, socialization, adaptability, and personal growth. It keeps our minds sharp and fosters overall well-being.

Resources For Your Journey

Via has cultivated a resource list with local care and legal organizations, hot topics in research, useful adaptive equipment, a link to sign up for a cognitive screening for you and your loved one.
